Druid Ring Events, Marks And Quests!

Who doesn’t love live events? The druid ring events are currently on and so is the Halas city festival so don’t forget to check them out. Last time I checked we were already at Loping Plains with the druid ring events. Seems to have gone by pretty quick but it looks like all quests will be available when all the rings have been completed. The blessed sapling is certainly a nice addition to a house/guildhall as you can pick a berry per day. You have a chance to get a berry that increases tradeskill, AA and combat xp gain by 5%! All of them last for an hour. There are 3 different kinds of berries total – one increases duration of food and drink and the other one increases speed. So make sure you go berry-picking!

My guild has been on a mission to collect marks lately. It’s great to see quite a few people on and we have had some nice folks join the guild lately. If you are on LDL and would like to be part of a casual guild, please look up Order of Marr or you can contact me. Monday was especially fun as it was a holiday and we dragged Rohawn around with us! It’s nice that most of the old shard instances scale up to level 90 and the last named drops a mark of manaar. We still like to run Deep Forge and the Everfrost zones :).

My wizard is almost level 86 and I have been running her around with my warden to get the runes for ‘To Speak As A Dragon’ and the 50 statues for ‘Knights In The Round’. They do share some common zones, so figured I’d work on them simultaneously. I have been thinking about starting the warden’s epic too. And I need to bug Keocia to log on and work on getting the icemare with her alt. We started working on those quests so long ago. So much to do!

Also, check out this handy EQ2 AA calculator. It’s an awesome way to pre-plan/tweak your AA builds without having to reset them in-game.

I’m so glad the weekend is almost here! Safe travels all!

  1. I think I read somewhere that if you have completed Speak as a Dragon on an alt – you can buy a tablet from the Shady Swashbuckler on Nek docks which will then update the runes for any of your alts… not sure if this is good news or not for you :/

    have a good weekend šŸ™‚

Ahh I’ll have to check it out, but my warden will still need to run around… šŸ™‚
