All’s Well That Ends Well!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I didn’t get too much game time in but was still a good weekend. And update on the account hack – appears that plat farmers got into the account, sold all the items that were worth something (Old fabled armor, lower level masters, horses (!!!) and then transferred all the plat. SoE was kind enough to replace the plat and items this time. Woot! However they did say that account security is the account owner’s responsibility and to be careful in future. Not really sure yet how they were able to access the account, but all passwords are changed now so hopefully that’s the end of that. I haven’t found any malware on any of the computers either, so it is strange indeed. These things happen though, just have to be extra careful from now on. It did take a little while to get things sorted out, but I imagine there would have been logs to parse through to find out what actually happened. Also there was the verification phase to make sure it was the actual account owner who had submitted the petition. It’s all over now and I’m glad! Thanks for all the support guys! *Hugs*
